I was born in Saalfeld and therefore quite often in Saalfeld even though I now live in Jena. What I do not understand, however, was why I was here once to eat (2nd Christmas holiday). Because that ... - food was great (lots - especially meat - and delicious), - Operation very nice and that - Food came unusually fast. Gladly again!

on our last visit there were 2 waitresses in the house. A colleague appeared new, was very nice and approaching. We already knew the other one, she was very rude, especially to our little child. He wanted noodles .. in her opinion, little children (he was 5) did not eat these ribbon noodles .. when he replied that he liked them, it occurred to her that you would not make small potions ... such nonsense if I was 10 or throw 20 pasta in hot water doesn't matter. In the end we got our noodles. Our young would have liked to get an ice cream, then an old popsicle brought you, full of freezer burn, you couldn't even tell the color of the ice cream. Of course we let it go back. Salad was good, Hawaii steak with cans of peach, cans of pineapple and Feritg Hollandaise. If we have experienced better, do NOT come back!

Spontaneous visit to eat and absolutely loved it. The small beer garden is nicely designed, you sit in the middle of the countryside. The selection of dishes is large, good home cooking is offered. The quality is absolutely top, as are the portion sizes. The service was friendly and courteous and always attentive. Overall, absolutely recommendable

Very good food. My dish was the turkey steak Hawaii. A mix of turkey steak, baked with sou hollandaise, pineapple and peach. Very tasty mix, very good food. For the money also good portion, highly recommended. All our dishes here as a photo. Do you really have to try!
